Bachelor's Program in Nursing

With the Bachelor’s program in Nursing at OST, you’ll gain the professional and interpersonal skills needed to accurately assess symptoms, make evidence-based decisions, and provide expert care for patients with physical or mental health challenges.

Specializations

After completing the foundational and advanced studies, you can choose from three specialization modules. Based on your interests and strengths, you’ll gain additional knowledge in a specific field, laying the groundwork for future career opportunities.

The Clinical Nursing module prepares participants to provide expert advice across various nursing fields. You’ll learn to research and apply new scientific findings in nursing, develop and evaluate projects, analyze complex cases in discussions, and counsel individuals with chronic illnesses to ensure optimal care.

In the Psychosocial Health module, you’ll explore concepts and models of psychiatric nursing, engage with prevention and health promotion, and deepen your understanding of specific health conditions and the psychiatric nursing process.

This module prepares students for advisory and leadership roles in healthcare. It covers management tasks, team leadership, project management, and clinical leadership. Participants will learn how to effectively implement innovations and change processes and manage organizations in the health sector.
